Several decades ago, ESS developed as a PA company, largely from the supply of bespoke Festival Audio systems in high pressure, high intensity, short changeover environments. This type of show is still very close to our hearts.

We encourage our Freelancers to adopt good communication, high changeover speed with studied attention to detail, and precise advance planning.

Our teams work well with others , acknowledging that any Festival site needs all of its various teams to pull together to make the event successful, compliant and fun.
