Here at ESS we pride ourselves on our investment in our crew and engineers.  With this in mind each year we dedicate time to workshops and training days.  These days are open to anyone of any level from our experienced veterans to people just starting out on their journey into the world of live sound.  We use the days to bring our current pool of engineers upto speed with new equipment, changes and updates on ESS protocol as well as getting a chance for us to meet the trusted future engineers we will use on our shows.
