ESS have been involved with Ultimate Ears on the sales side since 2012 and have built a close working relationship with them ever since. As one of the UK’s UE Main Dealers, ESS help to champion their new technologies along the way and have grown in trust @UE HQ to have an input on the product upgrade side too.

With our Head of Sales, Phil McDaniel’s, informative and friendly customer service, spearheading the drive for quality of care and after sales services, he has helped spread the word and gain clients and client loyalty, which we value. As well as the sales side , ESS also provide a very handy UK based In-Ear Servicing and Spares service where technicians and musicians can get their IEMs checked over and tested , and if required sent to the main UE Lab in California for significant repairs.
