Phil McDaniel has been working with Emeli Sandé as Monitor Engineer for various tours since 2012.

Her band set-up, general approach to her Album material, and her Needs & Requirements for Live shows has especially changed significantly through many tours over the last three years.

With an onstage personnel count of up to 15 musicians, this has been sometimes challenging, with large numbers of RF IEMs and Handhelds, large mix-buss counts, and intensive snapshot development via involved rehearsal sessions and evolving in the subsequent Live Shows.

Phil McDaniel has been at the helm of the Monitor System through these changes and always employed a Digico SD10, along with recent additions of Midas XL48 & GML 8900 MK II outboard devices.
